Sacraments
The mission of Saint Luke's Parish
is to faithfully worship God together,
to be people in Christ, and by the grace
of the Holy Spirit, to do God's work in this place.
As a community of faith
committed to healing and wholeness,
Saint Luke's Episcopal Church carries out its
mission through worship, preaching, teaching, and nurturing community life.
Our goal is to follow the Savior by practicing acceptance, inclusiveness,
love,
justice and peace.
At Saint Luke's you can join in the life of
our Christian Community through the following sacraments:
Holy Baptism
The Sacrament of baptism is the rite of initiation into the
Christian community.
At Saint Luke's, pre-baptismal preparation is required
for candidates and for parents of infants and young children.
Our celebrations of baptism occur during Easter, at Pentecost and at other
times during the church year.
If you or your child would like to be baptized during the Easter Vigil,
on Easter Sunday, at Pentecost or get information about Baptism,
please contact the Parish Office
regarding the next Baptism preparation enrollment dates.
Holy Eucharist
The celebration of the Holy Eucharist is the centerpiece of the
common life of the modern Episcopal church. It is available during
services on Sunday and weekdays. Consult the hours of
worship services.
Please contact the Parish Office for any additional enquiries or for
information about pastoral visiting.
Holy Matrimony
