St. Luke’s Seeks a New Music Director
We are searching for a part-time music director to lead and support our worship.
Music plays a central role in the spiritual life of our parish. We value how traditional hymns and service music ground and enhance our worship. Since the pandemic we have had no choir, but our hope is that a new director will nurture and reestablish a volunteer choir. Currently we have five cantors who lead hymns and occasionally sing anthems.
It is anticipated that the duties will require 15-20 hours per week, depending on the liturgical season. Playing for weddings and funerals is remunerated separately.
