Movie Night: Ghost

Our inaugural St. Luke’s Culture Club Movie Night (SLCCMN?) is that 1990 classic film, “Ghost,” starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg (in her Academy Award-winning role!). This entertaining, moving, suspenseful, hilarious movie asks questions about the endurance of love after death, gives a satisfying answer to the question of what to do with ill-gotten gains, and single-handedly made pottery-making the sexiest of all arts and crafts.

Join your fellow St. Lucans in our Parish Hall for a fun night … and feel free to wear your pajamas! Freshly popped popcorn will be served, courtesy of Steph Curry’s Personal Popcorn Machine! Bring a drink or snack to share if you like, and perhaps a pillow for your seat.

Time allowing, we will have a short discussion following the film about its themes, and maybe share some celebrity gossip.

Bonus: Bring any pottery you have personally made for a show-and-tell after the movie!
