All Souls’ Day Evening Prayer

Evening Prayer, with hymns and canticles, will be offered in church and in the Memorial Garden on All Souls’ Day, Monday, November 2, at 5:00 p.m., to celebrate and remember the lives of those who have gone before us.

We would like to keep the Altar of Remembrance up in the church from Sunday, November 1. If you are attending All Souls’ on Monday, you may leave your memento in the church from Sunday.

Near the end of the service, we will process into the Memorial Garden to read a necrology of our dead and to bless the outdoor space together.

Slips on which to write the names of your deceased loved ones will be available at the service, and we will read them aloud in the Memorial Garden. If you cannot come to the service but would like a few loved ones remembered, please email their names to Michael King  by Wednesday, October 28.

May the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
